Looking to liven up lunchtime? These savory cupcakes are easy and oh so cute. They're delicious warm from the oven but also make a great lunchbox treat. Great party food too, add them to your next buffet.
1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
8 ounces sliced deli ham, chopped
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 packages Pillsbury Grand’s Buttermilk Biscuits
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Coat 16 muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine green broccoli, ham, cheese, Mustard and mayonnaise.
Separate biscuits and flatten each to about 4-inch
diameter. Line each muffin cup with a
biscuit. Evenly divided broccoli mixture
among muffin cups.
Bake 20 minutes or until puffed and golden. If desired sprinkle with additional cheese
and bake 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool 5 minutes before removing.
Those muffins look supremely delectable! Muffins are commonly associated with the sweets when it comes to the taste spectrum, so that savory take on them is fresh and tasty. I can't wait to try them myself. Thanks for sharing the recipe! All the best!
