Prosciutto and Goat Cheese Pizza

Not your ordinary pizza.  Easy enough for every day, yet special enough for guests.  Pair this pizza with a simple salad and you’ll have dinner on the table in a flash.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 4 servings

1 12-inch prebaked pizza crust
½ cup Sclafani Pizza Sauce
4 oz. goat cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp. thinly sliced fresh basil
2 oz. prosciutto, thinly sliced and torn into pieces


Preheat grill.  Spread Pizza Sauce evenly over pizza crust.  Top with goat cheese, basil and prosciutto.

Grill over low heat 10 to 15 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted.


*Or bake in preheated 425°F oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
