Po’ Boy Burger with Spicy Remoulade

It wouldn't be Memorial Day without a big, fat, juicy burger.  You'll need 2 hands and plenty of napkins for this Po'boy Burger.



Prep Time:  10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Makes 4 servings

1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons Emeril’s Bam! Burger Seasoning, divided
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 ½ teaspoons sweet paprika
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 French rolls
Shredded lettuce
Sliced tomato

Mix ground beef and 2 tablespoons Burger Seasoning.  Shape into 4 oval patties.

Combine mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, paprika, cayenne pepper and remaining Burger Seasoning.

Grill or broil burgers to desired doneness.  Arrange burgers on rolls, top with lettuce tomato and remoulade.
